Reach IP Update – UK Customers

We will be carrying out a planned update to Reach IP units across the UK over the coming weeks.

The update forms part of our ongoing work to maintain and improve the performance, reliability and connectivity of the Reach IP service.

The rollout will be carried out in a controlled and phased manner, with units updated progressively over the coming weeks.

No action is required from customers.

We will continue to monitor the rollout and the service throughout the process. Further information will be provided on this status page if required.
