We work hard to keep service interruptions to a minimum. But, like everyone else, we do have service interruptions from time to time, which may be due to maintenance, or due to services provided by third parties such as communications providers. If we have an unplanned outage, our goal is to keep your data safe and secure and get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.

In any case, we want to communicate clearly and transparently so that you are never left in the dark if things don't work as expected. We want you to know where to find this information and how to subscribe to updates so that you are among the first to know.

We post updates on our status page here: https://neatcloud.statuspage.io/
Here you can see if we have an ongoing incident and details about uptime and past incidents. You can also proactively subscribe to have us send you incident updates directly when we publish them. We recommend you do this now so you don't have to remember to visit that URL if you think there's an issue, you'll be notified as soon as we publish it. Another note: we use an external provider for our status page. Even if we have a major outage on our systems, we will still be able to communicate and send updates through this page.

The page is also accessible from CMP via a link in the footer.
The notification will be displayed on the login page as long as you don't accept it, so if you want to stop seeing it, just close it by pressing X to accept it.
