The VoLTE service and performance are back to normal. The fix was implemented without any further issues.

Update
The provider is currently developing and validating a hotfix intended to fully restore normal service performance and availability. Current situations is: VoLTE registration service is available; intermittent registration retries may still be required for some devices; a permanent corrective hotfix is under preparation.

We would like to inform that a temporary degradation affecting the IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) platform, which may impact VoLTE device registration processes. Current indications show that the service is stabilizing and VoLTE registrations are possible. However, some devices may not successfully register on the first attempt and could require additional registration retries before voice services are fully restored.
