Update - Good morning. We are still following up with regular mop-up files to try and get as many units on the latest firmware versions. We have encountered stubbornness from some units through what we perceive to be network issues and the inability to get the update file downloaded. You may see errors like "programming failed" or "firmware update failed" If you see this error, it isn't anything to worry about. The firmware will still be on the previous version and will work as it has been.

Update - Good afternoon, we have continued to implement the latest firmware on eligible devices. The ones we have updated have not had any issues reported that are related directly to the software, so we will continue to update units where we can. If you have units in storage that we have sent the update to, these will update once they are turned on. Once we are happy we have all the units we can move to the latest firmware we will issue a final update. Thanks for your understanding and help with this.

Monitoring - After a successful update, most units have been updated to version 3.0.6. We will continue to monitor the situation for issues, although we have not seen any so far. If a failed programming message is received, there is nothing to worry about, the unit will stay on the firmware it was on and act as normal until we manage to update it soon.
